Established in 1920, the Order of the Estonian Red Cross was awarded for outstanding humanitarian and medical service, particularly during times of conflict. This 3rd Class example, issued between 1919 and 1940, recognizes individuals who played vital roles in relief efforts, especially during the Estonian War of Independence.
