    • Reverse is marked with the serial number 124116.
  • Significance:
    • Awarded in three classes by A.V.N.O.J. (Antifašističko Vijeće Narodnog Oslobođenja Jugoslavije).
    • Recognizes meritorious service to Yugoslavia in both civil and military contexts, particularly during and after WWII.
